Griaß di, I am Jana, Gurkenprinzessin from St. Andrä im Seewinkel. On my fields grow gherkins of best bio-quality! Together with vinegar, these are the main ingredients in every jar. Added to this is an exquisite spice mixture consisting of dill, onion and mustard seeds. Due to their delicately aromatic seasoning, these young, crisp pickles harmonise with all kinds of dishes!
